How many training sessions have you attended where you spend hours creating checklists, flowcharts, mind maps and posters, only to watch all your hard work thrown in the recycling bin at the end of the session?

At Jingling Lane Training, we do things differently. Everything course members produce is kept, copied or photographed before being incorporated into the manager’s evaluation report and the delegates’ resource pack.

That way, commissioners know what they paid for, inspectors know you have complied with mandatory requirements, managers know what their team have covered, and delegates have something to look back on in the days, weeks, and months after the session.
